How to get a plot

Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand, we are only processing applications received from residents of the London Borough of Bromley.

Please remember the Allotment Association is run by unpaid volunteers, so our secretary may not be able to reply immediately.

 How much does it cost?

The total cost of renting a standard 125 square metre (5 rod) plot for 2026:

Turpington Lane – £49.25

Holy Trinity – £52.40

Half plots are occasionally available.

New plot holders will also have to pay a £50 deposit for a gate key. together with a plot deposit which start at £50.00 depending on the condition of the plot.

Full payment is required when completing the tenancy agreement form and before obtaining a gate key.
