How to get a plot

Unfortunately, due to unprecedented demand, we are only processing applications received from residents of the London Borough of Bromley.

 How much does it cost?

The total cost of renting a standard 125 square metre (5 rod) plot for 2023:

Turpington Lane – £33.00

Holy Trinity – £37.45

Half plots are occasionally available.

New plot holders will also have to pay a £25 deposit for a gate key. together with a £25.00 plot deposit

Full payment is required when completing the tenancy agreement form and before obtaining a gate key.
